ORDER

Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents 1 and 2 in not registering the complaint dated 04.08.2025 made by the petitioner's father, the petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the said complaint. .

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that FIR in Crime No.66 of 2025 has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner's father.
