O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed by the mother seeking production of her daughter, who was born on 25.03.2007 and has crossed the age of 18 years. The respondents were able to secure the detenue and also the third respondent. The detenue and the third respondent belongs to the same religion and also to the same locality in Tirunelveli District.

2. We enquired with the detenue and she was very firm in her decision that she would go only with the third respondent. We also enquired with the parents of the detenue. The father was very reluctant to accept the relationship which his daughter has now got with the third respondent. But, we are hopeful that owing to passage of time, the matter would be settled within the family.

3. Since the detenue has expressed her firm decision to go with the third respondent and since the scope of this petition is only to ensure that the detenue is safe and produced, we would close this Habeas Corpus Petition.
