6.D.Ramesh ...Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the first respondent to transfer the further investigation from the file of the second respondent to any other competent investigating officer in the cadre of Inspector of Police in Theni District, with supervision of the first respondent. For Petitioner :Mr.Raja Karthikeyan For Respondents :Mr.R.M.Anbunithi 1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the further investigation from the file of the second respondent to any other competent investigating officer in the cadre of Inspector of Police in Theni District, with supervision of the first respondent. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the side of the petitioner, no one was examined by the enquiry officer.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) would submit that as per the order of reinvestigation by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakannalur, totally 15 witnesses are examined and only three witnesses remained to be examined.

4.Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and give list of the witnesses to be examined by the second respondent, so that, the said request may also be considered by the second respondent. Let the said process be completed within a month as ordered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakannalur. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
