ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the subject property. The revenue record at present stands in the name of one Murugavel. The petitioner has therefore given an appeal before the second respondent.

3. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the same. No exception can be taken to the said request.

4. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needles to mention that the second respondent has to necessarily hear the incumbent pattadhar namely Murugavel and other stakeholders if any before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other.
