This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the award made in E.C.NO.69 of 2018, dated 31.7.2024, on the file of Employees Compensation Commissioner(Deputy Commissioner of Labour), Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. Vakalath for R3 returned and no representation. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection to allow this Petition.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
