ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 316(4), 318(3) of BNS in Crime No.11 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the General Manager of the Company and he purchased poultry products. At this point of time, it was found that certain bills were forged and fabricated as a result, loss was sustained. Hence, the case.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner was only called for an enquiry and the respondent police is not intending to arrest the petitioner immediately and they are only going to resort to the procedure under Section 35 of the BNSS Act. 4.In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to attend the enquiry and cooperate for the investigation. Since there is no apprehension of the arrest, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. 2/3
