PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to not to harass the petitioner or his family members in the guise of enquiry and furnish the copy of complaint, enabling the petitioner to produce the documents if any available with him to meet out the complaint. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner or his family members in the guise of enquiry and furnish the copy of complaint, enabling the petitioner to produce the documents if any available with him to meet out the complaint.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter relates to matrimonial dispute and the matter was referred to Mediation.

Accordingly, the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre and the matter settled between the parties and a report was also received to that effect from the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
