Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application in person before the second respondent. The petitioner will also endeavor to send the application through online mode. If the same is rejected, the petitioner can appear before the second respondent in person.

3. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry into the petitioner's application for transfer of patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other.
