Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application in person for transfer of patta to the second respondent. On receipt thereof, the second respondent will hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent will take note of all the relevant aspects and issue notice to the interested person, if any. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
