O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, in S.T.C. No.401 of 2018 dated 09.03.2019.

2. The learned counsel on either side would submit that compromise has been reached between the parties, by which, the second respondent expressing her willingness not to prosecute the case further against her brother and also given consent for any proceedings that will nullify the criminal proceedings against the petitioners.

3. In view of the compromise reached between the parties and considering the consent given by the second respondent, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the conviction and sentence imposed upon the petitioners by the judgment passed in S.T.C. No.401 of 2018 dated 09.03.2019 on the file 2/4

of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai is hereby quashed. The terms of compromise shall form part of this order and Crl.M.P(MD) No.496 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.4 of 2023 is allowed.
