ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The mother of the detenue is the petitioner herein. The petitioner alleges that her husband had forcibly taken away the child. 2.We counselled the parents and requested them to burry their differences. The matter was referred to mediation at 02.45 P.M and the matter was called at 03.50 P.M. During this short period, the mediator Mr.V.Nagarajan was able to prevail upon both the parties and ensure successful resolution. We place on record our appreciation for the excellent manner in which the mediator has dealt with the issue. We are happy to record that the petitioner and the fourth respondent have reconciled their differences. Copy of the mediation report dated 11.11.2024 is annexed to this order.
