ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the bond period taken under Section 110 Cr.P.C was expired on 11.10.2022. Even thereafter, the third respondent Police has been harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that no fresh complaint is pending against the petitioner and they have not called the petitioner for any enquiry and that the complaint of harassment is false.
