ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 26.06.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.1538 of 2024.

2. The learned Counsels appearing on either side submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by way of proceedings issued by the second respondent dated 21.11.2024, wherein, rejected the proposal sent by the school management for approving the appointment of one S.K.Ajesh as Office Assistant with effect from 01.06.2022.
