This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in D.V.A.OP.No.11 of 2019. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 19.12.2020 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in D.V.A.OP.No.11 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
