2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2021. For the past four years, there is no progress in the suit. The petitioners are senior citizens. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the suit, by following the High Court's Circular in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics dated 11.08.2010.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
