ORDER

Considering the limited prayer, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2. Mr.S.A.Ajmal Khan, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the third respondent.

3. The case of the petitioner is that his representation dated 10.09.2024 making allegations against the named individuals in the representation is yet to be considered by the first respondent.

4. Considering the case of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2024 however, after providing opportunity to the concerned persons and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
