ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Cr.No.625 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Karimedu Police Station, Madurai City. 2.The petitioners filed the present petition as if they amicably resolved the issue with the defacto complainant and a compromise memo is also filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that apart from the defacto complainant, other three victims are there in this case and they have not compromised the issue with the petitioners herein. According to him, the first respondent Police completed the investigation in Cr.No.625 of 2023 and filed final report before the trial Court.

4.Since the first respondent police filed final report and apart from the defacto complainant, there are other three victims, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the trial Court.
