These writ petitions have been filed restraining the fifth respondent from coarsely insisting upon the petitioner to discontinue the B.Com., [C.A.] Degree course, 2017-2020 in the 5th respondent college and receive transfer certificate with the help of 4th respondent police consequently direct the first and fifth respondents permit the petitioner to attend the 6th semester B.Com., [C.A], degree classes which commenced from 03.12.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the respondents 2 to 4 are not insisting the petitioners to discontinue B.Com., [C.A.] Degree course from the fifth respondent institute. She would further submit that it is seen that the petitioners have indulged in indisciplinary acts and thereby, the disciplinary action has been initiated by the fifth respondent against the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that the fifth respondent has issued a suspension order against the petitioner on 27.11.2019 in respect of indiscipline in the class room and that they are contemplating disciplinary action against the petitioners.
4.Recording the same, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
