O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining the willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 17.07.2023 in W.P(MD)No.3828 of 2016.

2. As per the order of this Court, the monthly pension of the petitioner has to be restored at the rate of Rs.10,650/- per month.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as on date, the petitioner is getting pension at the rate of Rs.10,650/-.

4. In view of the same, in our considered view, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
