Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Special Judge (Mahila Court), Tiruchirappalli, dated 01.04.2021, in S.C.No.10 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is the fourth suspension of sentence petition. Earlier petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD).Nos.5495 of 2021, 9426 of 2022 and 4486 of 2023 were dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 01.04.2022, 13.09.2022 and 28.03.2023 respectively. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no change of circumstance.

4. This is the fourth application and in this petition there is no grounds differ from the earlier petition's grounds. Hence, this Court does not find any merit to entertain this petition.
