"This petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted by this Court to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.715 of 2021 dated 25.11.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.715 of 2021 dated 25.11.2021, is extended till 04.01.2023.
