The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute in the guise of enquiry and to consider petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 and consequently to take action against the illegal act of the respondents 3 to 10. .
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 and the same was closed. Hence, the direction sought for by the petitioner does not arise. 2/4
3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
