This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents herein not to interfere in civil dispute in the petitioner's property in Survey No.252/9 in patta No.177 an extent of 1056 sq.ft land in Kurumabatti Village, West Taluk, Dindigul District, petition dated 01.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.
