ORDER

The writ petitioner is an aspirant to the post of Town Planning Inspector in the respondent Municipality. As per the allegations in the affidavit, without following the due process of law, appointments are attempted to be made for the post of Town Planning Inspector. It is needless to point out that the respondent Municipality should strictly follow the Tamil Nadu Municipal Town Planning Service Rules, 1970 especially Rule 5(2) in appointing a Town Planning Inspector.

2. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
