ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to restore the electricity service connection in the petitioner's house with service connection No.05-442-030-404 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the electricity service connection was disconnected, since it was identified by the respondents that the petitioner has produced forged documents. He further submitted that if the petitioner is able to substantiate his title over the house property by producing 2/5

appropriate documents, which would establish his title over the same, they are ready to restore the electricity service connection.

3. In view of the said submission, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents before the respondents to prove his title over the house property along with necessary charges. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
