This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, based on the representation dated 04.08.2025 made by the petitioner to the said respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first and second respondents would submit that, on the petitioner's representation, both the petitioner and the third respondent were called for enquiry; that both of them have not cooperated with the enquiry; and that, the petitioner's representation would, however, be considered on merits, and the decision taken would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the aforesaid undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
