Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of a writ of certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the respondent dated 05.12.2019 rejecting the permission for conducting "General Meeting and Kalai Nigalchigal" for commemorate the memorial day of Dr.Ambedkar and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent to give permission to conducting "General Meeting and Kalai Nigalchigal" for commemorate the memorial day of Dr.Ambedkar at opposite to the Murugan Temple at Usilampatty, Madurai District on a convenient date of the petitioner or any other date.
