ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.141 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the PCR Court, Tirunelvelil and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.105 of 2024 and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the said submission of Government Advocate (Crl.side), that the final report was filed and taken cognizance and this petition is to quash the First Information Report and as per the First Information Report there are allegations to constitute the offence, hence this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report if he is aggrieved. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
