[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.P.T.Thiraviyam, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Dr.R.Rajagopal, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

2.The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as Deputy Chief Medical Officer (Specialist) and for further promotion thereafter, as long as her petitioner community certificate was not cancelled in a manner known to law." 3.Dr.R.Rajagopal, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that the promotion has already been given. The petitioner is now working as a Senior Deputy Chief Medical Officer.
