The petitioner is the mother of the minor girl who has left the home on 28.11.2022 without any intimation which has forced the petitioner to lodge the police complaint and thereafter, approached this Court by way of filing Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 mentioned before this Court to take up this matter out of turn since the minor girl been secured by the second respondent.
3. We heard the minor girl and from her statement it appears that she has left the home since the mother scolding her for not studying properly, however, the police has to ascertain the reason in the course of investigation. 2/4
4. Since the girl has been secured and alive and she is willing to go with the petitioner/mother, nothing survives in the habeas corpus petition.
