2. We fail to understand as to why the writ appeal was even filed. The learned single Judge had only directed the disciplinary authority to conclude the pending disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner by considering his representation. This order does not in any way prejudice the power of the appellant.

3. The writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
