This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/1st respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.20311 of 2019, dated 20.09.2019 and thereby, directed the respondent to conduct enquiry after issuance of summons and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner was served summons and conducted a detailed enquiry and thereafter, the properties, which were seized from the petitioner, deposited before the Court concerned and the same was also returned to the petitioner, on application. 3.Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
