ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 296(b), 115(2), 118, 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.524 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on merits by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.17350 of 2024 by an order dated 09.10.2024 and there are no change in circumstances.
