This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.207 of 2024 on the file of the 1st Respondent police and quash the same in respect of the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam in C.C.No.556 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
