O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to secure the detenu and produce the body of the detenu. viz., Dinesh Kumar, S/o.Ochathevar(aged 27 years) before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu, who is aged about 27 years. The detenu was missing from 04.08.2025 and as such the petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent and the same was registered in CrimeNo.300 of 2025 as 'Man Missing'. During investigation the second respondent found that the detenu borrowed huge amount on loan from various persons and inorder to escape from repayment of the said loan he went away from the home. He is also roaming all over Tamil Nadu and as such his whereabouts is not known. That apart the detenu is also employed in post office.

3. In view of the same the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

4. With the above direction, the Habeus Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
