The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.351 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and the same is yet to be taken on file and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
