respondent in favour of the fourth respondent for the petitioner's tiles roof house property bearing Natham Survey No.118/7, Old Survey No. 118/1B, having an extent of 0.0.60 Ares, situated at Pulvaikkarai, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District and issue patta in the petitioner's name.

ORDER
Even though a larger relief has been sought for by the petitioner to cancel the patta issued by the third respondent in favour of the fourth respondent and to issue patta in his name, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2024 made to the second respondent is considered and orders passed in accordance with law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.
3. Heard Mr.M.Muthu Manikkam, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.
4. In the light of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2024 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the second respondent shall issue notice to the respective parties before passing orders.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
