ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Section 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Cr.No.Not Known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was married to 1/3
the first petitioner. After marriage, there is difference of opinion arose between them and the first petitioner harassed the defacto complainant demanding more dowry. Hence, the defacto complainant had given a complaint against the petitioners before the respondent Police.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given by the defacto complainant in at enquiry stage and there is no First Information Report is registered against the petitioners.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
