O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that in the year 2017 itself, P.W.1 was examined in chief, but still now cross-examination has not been done by the other side and the matter was adjourned for several hearings.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
