The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to not to harass the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on a complaint given by one Palaniyandi, K. Malaipatti, Ayyapatti Post, Dindigul with regard to missing of his daughter and enquiry was initiated in C. No. G3/2301/33400/19. He would further submit that it transpired that the first petitioner married the daughter of Palaniyandi, namely, Tamil Arasi and that the enquiry has been closed. Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18845 of 2019 complainant has also appeared before the second respondent police and submitted that she got married the first petitioner and finding that they are eligible for marriage the enquiry has been closed.

3. Recording the same, the respondent police not to harass the petitioners. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
