ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.43 of 2022, on file of the second respondent Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police had already filed a charge sheet in the case in counter registered under the provisions of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Act, in Crime No.44 of 2022. In the present case, the respondent police had examined three witnesses. 3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet in Crime No.43 of 2022, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
