Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has given the petition-mentioned representation seeking action in respect of document No.2331/2023 registered on 29.05.2023.

3. It appears that the petitioner wants action to be taken by the respondents under Section 77A of the Registration Act 1908. IG of Registration has recently issued circular for keeping all the enquiries under the said provision on hold till the Larger Bench decides the issue.

4. The first respondent shall not close the petitioner's complaint. It will be kept pending and based on the Judgment of the Large Bench, further action will be taken by the first respondent in accordance with law. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
