This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD)No.793 of 2023 on 15.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.793 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
