ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.The petitioner's grandfather namely, Chinna Thevar passed away on 15.01.2005. The grievance of the petitioner is that his mother was not included as one of the legal heirs. In this regard, the petitioner had given a representation dated 12.08.2022.

3.The fourth respondent is directed to hold enquiry thereon and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent has to necessarily hear all the interested persons before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
