No. 7 of 2016 in Unnumbered O.S. No. of 2016 within a Stipulated time as directed by this Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 12/02/2020, and letter in D.No.1629/2021, dated 11/03/2021, received from the Principal District Judge, Madurai for seeking further Two Months time to dispose the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V.K. Peter Rajan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 12.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the indigent petition in O.P.No.7 of 2016 in unnumbered O.S.No. of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1629 dated 11.03.2021, whereby citing various reasons, the learned Judge has sought for extension of three months to comply with the above order dated 12.02.2020.

3. Being satisfied with the reason stated by the learned Judge, time is extended by three months to comply with the order dated 12.02.2020.
