ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner's brother is involved in a number of criminal cases. He was arrested. He is presently admitted as inpatient in K.A.P.Viswanatham Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner's brother is badly in need of medical treatment. The grievance expressed is that the treatment is not being provided. 2/4

4. The fourth respondent is directed to ensure that appropriate treatment is given to the petitioner's brother / Babu @ Mittai Babu. He shall not be discharged before the expiry of thirty (30) days.

5. This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
