2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, in C.C.No.26 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
