O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a case in Crime No.226 of 2023 has been registered against one unknown person and one Siva for the offences punishable under Sections 436 and 511 IPC. During the course of enquiry, involvement of the petitioner's son came to light.

4. Since the son of the petitioner seems to be a juvenile, the second respondent may not have power to investigate the above said issue. On that ground, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) may advise the second respondent accordingly. In the mean time, let the petitioner appear before the second repsondent and give birth details of his son. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
