ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 16.08.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court, proceedings dated 06.04.2003 addressed by the Revenue Tahsildar to the Government Advocate, that on 05.04.2023 they have informed the concerned SubRegistrar permitting him to proceed with the Registration of transactions.

3. In view of the above said communication, no further adjudication is called for in the present Contempt Petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
