O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by one Sornalingam for implementing the order dated 08.08.2022 passed by the Tahsildar, Devakottai Taluk. This order is directed against one Karuthasamy.

2. It is for Karuthasamy to abide by the said order. If Karuthasamy does not abide by the said order, the Tahsildar has to take consequential action. This is subject to the outcome of the appeal that may be filed by Karuthasamy This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
